Learning objectives: After the participation in this module, the student is able to

• Design a powerful communication plan,
• Compose effective written and spoken messages,
• Distinguish needs of different audiences and address them effectively,
• Setup the conditions for change and manage the process,
• Prepare the conditions for the implementation of a participatory management.
