Learning objectives: After the participation in this module, the student is able to
- Design a powerful communication plan,
- Compose effective written and spoken messages,
- Distinguish needs of different audiences and address them effectively,
- Setup the conditions for change and manage the process,
- Prepare the conditions for the implementation of a participatory management.
