Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Support media planning activities, including researching media outlets, compiling media kits, and assisting with media buying negotiations.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, flyers, and promotional videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and business administration teams, including data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and business administration efforts.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and media.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the marketing and business administration departments.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degrees are an advantage.
- Strong interest in marketing, media, and business administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship experience in marketing, media, or business administration is a plus but not required.
