Learning objectives: After participation in this module, the student is able to

  • Construct an effective communication process,
  • Analyse potential opposition and conflict lines,
  • Describe and analyse illicit expression of opposition,
  • Compose and organise acceptable and accepted change processes,
  • Propose concepts for sustainable development.
