Learning objectives: After participation in this module, the student is able to

• Identify the actors of the international economic framework which underpins the globalised economy,
• Identify situation of balance of power and its impact on diplomacy and on historical evolution,
• Prepare and structure the message of diplomats and position the represented state or organisation in an appropriate way,
• Recognise the importance of international actors in order to enable companies to attract direct investment,
• Use tools for economic and political reporting in order to influence future policies.
