Learning objectives: After participation in this module, the student is able to
- Construct an effective communication process,
- Analyse potential opposition and conflict lines,
- Describe and analyse illicit expression of opposition,
- Compose and organise acceptable and accepted change processes,
- Propose concepts for sustainable development.
