Diploma in Digital Diplomacy
Overview
Course explores principles of diplomacy, Ethical Social Media and digital transformation in the diplomatic arena. The course aims to improve the participants skills and knowledge in the conduct of diplomacy using the digital plattforms.
This is an online course designed for diplomats, representatives of international and intergovernmental organizations and those whose tasks and functions are related to diplomacy. This course is for anyone involved in diplomacy and curious about the new era of diplomatic process. The course covers important topics such as Digital Age, Online Safety, Ethical Social Media, and their application in today’s global changing diplomatic and strategic environments.
Course structure
The course contains compulsory instruction which combines online lectures, assignment work to achieve the learning outcomes. Included in the course is obligatory moments as well as critical review of task. Students are required to complete the compulsory course sessions within the allocated time limit.
Students who will not complete the course within the allocated time line must retake the course.
Certification
Participants who complete the full course and complete coursework, examinations and a dissertation. will receive a certificate. The certificate will show your name, the course title and the dates of the course you attended. You will be required to complete all the assignments and pass examinations in order to be considered for a certificate.

In order to take this course, you will need frequent and reliable internet access plus a portable device on which you are able to produce significant amounts of text.
