Objective:
During this course, we will explore the features of South Asian countries and the issues which they have been facing both at the domestic and regional level. South Asia is well known for its geographical and regional diversity in terms of religion, ethnicity, languages and culture. Being so diverse in cultural and religions there are many conflicts almost every country in the region: Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Afghanistan. The course focuses on every individual country, their domestic politics, internal conflicts and foreign relations.
